Check-In: What Do I Need?
In order to visit The Landing Dispensary, you will need to have:
1. An active OMMCP patient or caregiver card (digital or physical)
• If you need assistance with updating your account information or remaining days supply, click here.
2. The valid State I.D. you used when registering for the program
• Valid forms of ID include: unexpired Ohio driver’s license, unexpired Ohio identification card issued by the Ohio bureau of motor vehicles, Unexpired US passport or passport card.
Note: if the patient is a minor, their caregiver must also register in the Patient/Caregiver Registry & the registered Caregiver must also be present.
We are located in the Retail 63 Plaza next to Red Wing & Penn Station East Coast Subs! There is parking available throughout the plaza.
DIRECTIONS

When traveling from Interstate 75, take Exit 29 for OH-63 toward Lebanon. Continue on OH-63 E for 0.3 miles. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Senate Dr. Immediately turn right onto Orton Dr, then right onto Brooks Dr, and then left into the Retail 63 Plaza parking lot.

When traveling from Interstate 71, take Exit 32 for OH 123 toward Morrow/Lebanon. Head NW on OH-123 for 4.3 miles and continue onto OH-63/W Main St for 5.5 miles. Take a slight right onto Brooks Dr and turn left into the Retail 63 Plaza parking lot.
